Student Human Relations Awards
Counselors from all public and private high schools in the Greater Seattle Area are annually invited to nominate one junior or senior from their school who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in fostering human relations in their schools and communites.  Up to twenty nominees are presented with a Block Award and from this group three finalists are chosen to receive a $2500 Rosen Scholarship.
